2. Cancellation Guidelines

• Orders can be canceled only before they are dispatched.

• Once a cancellation request is submitted, the order will be processed for cancellation within 1-12 hours, if it has not already been shipped.

• If your order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

3. Refund Process for Canceled Orders

• For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 2-5 bank working days after cancellation.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no refund is applicable as no payment was made in advance.
