Returns & Exchange Policy

At Vonzzo, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not happy with your order, we offer a 7-day return and exchange policy under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Products must be in new, unused condition, with original tags attached and accompanied by the original invoice.

  • Items must not be washed, worn, or altered in any way.

  • Returns/exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

2. Return & Exchange Process

  • Any exchange will be processed only after we receive the returned items at our warehouse.

  • If the returned product is damaged, missing, or not in its original condition, we reserve the right to decline the exchange.

  • If a free gift was included with the order, it must be returned along with the product. If not returned, the value of the free gift will be deducted from the exchange amount.

  • If you request a second exchange for an already exchanged product, a shipping charge of ₹99 will apply.

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Products

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Panties and lingerie sets (with panties).

  • Products sold as part of a multi-pack (cannot be returned individually).

  • Items that show visible signs of wear, washing, or soiling.

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange?

Step 1: Request a Return/Exchange
  • Visit your order history and place a return/exchange request.

  • Alternatively, contact us at 93112 79138 or email us at support@vonzzo.com.

  • We will arrange a reverse pickup for your order.

Step 2: Packing & Handover Instructions
  • Place the unworn, unwashed product(s) with all tags attached in the original packaging.

  • Enclose your invoice inside the package.

  • Ensure that the courier partner seals the package in front of you to avoid any discrepancies.

5. Exchange Conditions

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • You can exchange for:

    • A different size of the same product.

    • Another product of equal or higher value (for higher-value items, the price difference must be prepaid).

6. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing support@vonzzo.com or Call  Us at 93112 79138.

To process your claim, please provide:

  • Pictures of the outer box (front & back) with the courier label visible.

  • Pictures of all products received.

  • Unboxing video footage (if available).

We will prioritize your resolution and provide a replacement or exchange accordingly.
