Refund Policy
At Vonzzo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 7-day return policy, with refunds processed once we receive and verify the returned product.
Refund Eligibility
To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be new, unused, and in its original condition, with all tags attached.

The return must be accompanied by the original invoice/receipt.

The product must not be washed, worn, or altered in any way.

Refunds will only be processed after the returned item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection.

If your order included a free gift, it must also be returned. If not, the value of the gift will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refund Process

Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will initiate the refund.

The refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

If the returned product is missing, damaged, or not in its original condition, we reserve the right to decline the refund.
Important Notes

Due to hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Panties, lingerie sets (including panties), swimwear, and bra accessories.

Multi-pack items (products sold in sets cannot be returned individually).

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please report it within 24 hours of delivery for a resolution.
