Refund Policy

At Vonzzo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 7-day return policy, with refunds processed once we receive and verify the returned product.

Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be new, unused, and in its original condition, with all tags attached.

  • The return must be accompanied by the original invoice/receipt.

  • The product must not be washed, worn, or altered in any way.

  • Refunds will only be processed after the returned item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection.

  • If your order included a free gift, it must also be returned. If not, the value of the gift will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will initiate the refund.

  • The refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • If the returned product is missing, damaged, or not in its original condition, we reserve the right to decline the refund.

Important Notes

  • Due to hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

    • Panties, lingerie sets (including panties), swimwear, and bra accessories.

    • Multi-pack items (products sold in sets cannot be returned individually).

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please report it within 24 hours of delivery for a resolution.
